UPDATES
Due to ongoing concerns regarding the chemical spill, and construction that will occur during the summer of 2023, Kayak Flint will be open on the first and third weekends of the month at locations across the watershed. Check back to see where we will be in June!
We are still hosting guided paddle trips and private group rentals upstream of Stepping Stone Falls on the Flint River and on local lakes. Please check out our Guided Paddles page for more information on those opportunities. We will not be hosting trips between Stepping Stone Falls and Montrose Barber Park at this time. New for 2023! Kayak Flint is excited to support the LAFF Pathways Paddle & Pedal event on June 9th-11th in Linden. To rent a kayak for this event, select the book now button above! COVID-19 NOTE: Masks are required while in the van and while interacting with our staff. We thank you for understanding while we work to keep you and our staff safe. We have implemented contactless reservation, waiver, and payment systems, and a thorough sanitizing process for all equipment after every use.
